Mission Bend MUD 2 - Petition for “No Parking” Signs

The Board of Directors of Mission Bend Municipal Utility District No. 2 is concerned about commercial vehicles utilizing the streets within the community for overnight parking.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office has advised that prior to towing the vehicles, signs must be posted stating that commercial vehicle parking is prohibited.

In order to have the required signage posted, Harris County requires that the subdivision provide a petition signed by at least 25% of the owners or tenants of residences of the subdivision supporting the sign installation.
